Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Digital Strategy to join our team. This senior role is critical in driving the success of client accounts, developing innovative, cross-platform strategies that deliver measurable results, and advancing our agency’s capabilities through onboarding and managing cutting-edge tools and vendor partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

Account Leadership:

• Serve as an experienced and knowledgeable digital strategist across a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring exceptional service, strategic direction, and measurable results.

• Manage and lead account teams to deliver integrated campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, SEO, paid media, and other digital channels.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, industry trends, and actionable recommendations.

• Develop innovative, data-driven, and cross-platform strategies that align with client goals and drive business growth in partnership with digital leadership.

• Partner with creative, media, and analytics teams to create cohesive campaigns that break through in competitive markets.

• Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies, ensuring clients benefit from first-to-market opportunities.

• Drive thought leadership by contributing to internal and external content, panels, or industry events.

• Collaborate with business development teams to craft winning pitches and proposals that secure new accounts.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts by upselling services, tools, and campaign extensions.

• Participate in strategic discussions and presentations that position the agency as an indispensable partner to clients.

• Support or participate in the evaluation, onboarding, and integration of new tools and technologies that enhance agency capabilities.

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure tools are used effectively across teams.

• Train teams on new tools and ensure adoption agency-wide.

• Partner with analytics and strategy teams to measure the effectiveness of tools and refine practices as needed.


Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in digital marketing, including account management and strategy development.

• Proven success in growing accounts and developing effective campaigns.

• Deep knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and trends, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.

• Strong analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and ability to write clear actionable insights.

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience onboarding and managing marketing tools and vendor relationships.
