Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Uphold health and safety standards in food handling and service practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations.
• Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance guest satisfaction.
