Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that all beverages and food orders are prepared to the highest standards.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as necessary.
- Participate in special events such as banquets or private parties, providing tailored beverage services.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
