Mikyoung Kim is an award winning international landscape architecture and urban design firm located in back bay Boston. Our research and work center on the sensory experiences that shape how we perceive and engage our environments with a particular focus on neurodiversity and restorative design. Currently, our national work includes projects in Miami, Detroit, Chicago, Houston, New York City, Minneapolis, and Boston. These projects span diverse project typologies from urban parks, healing gardens, academic and tech campuses, cultural centers and waterfront parks. Entry Level Landscape Architect

We are seeking an entry level landscape architect with a strong design abilities and up to two years of work experience. Candidates should demonstrate the capacity to multitask, collaborate and thrive in our fast-paced, creative and rigorous studio environment. In submitting, applicants should include process work sharing their thought process in their design work. Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, and the Adobe Creative Suites are required.  Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a mid-career Landscape Architect with experience in design and construction with a minimum of four years of work experience in a landscape architecture or architecture firm. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience managing projects in all phases of design and construction including construction administration.  Candidates will be responsible for multiple projects at various sizes and complexities and should highlight their experience with project organization, schedule coordination and team/consultant management in their letter of interest and resume. Visual portfolios should also include technical drawings, redlines and drawings from all stages of design. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or Architecture. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
