Equipment Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team. The Equipment Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy equipment, ensuring their optimal functionality and safety. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hydraulics, diesel engine repair, diagnostic software, electrical repair, ETC.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address equipment issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Skills:
- Proficiency in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in equipment repair.
- Ability to maintain a variety of heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of emissions systems and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with OEM equipment such as Caterpillar.
- Understanding of electrical systems related to equipment.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
