HEAVY EQUIPMENT SHOP MANAGER
- Ability to perform dealer level repairs on heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, dozers, compaction roller, aerial equipment, skid steers ETC.
-Ability to Troubleshoot and diagnose fault codes and symptoms using diagnostic laptop and equipment.
- Assist and manage other technicians daily with good leadership skills.
-Know of how to Rebuild engines, Transmissions, Final drives ETC.
- Assist with oversight on entire fleet of equipment consisting on 300 pieces
REQUIRMENTS
- 5 years of heavy equipment or diesel engine repair
- Knowledge and proficient with engine, after treatment, hydraulics, electrical, technical software, transmission, powertrain ETC.
- Ability to work unsupervised and assist with shop management tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
