Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders
Manual dexterity, frequently reaching, stooping, bending etc.
Ability to communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions
Responsibilities:
General custodial tasks, bathrooms, table tops, sinks, vacuuming, mopping floors
Summer time-stripping floors, waxing, carpet cleaning
Maintain and clean equipment
Minor repairs to facility
Maintain stock levels
Keep logs
Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.90 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
