Part-time Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in line with hospitality standards.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and buffing as needed.
• Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment used in custodial tasks.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Uphold safety protocols while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe environment for all.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail is essential.
