Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. This is a hands on role, providing customer service and overseeing other customer service and related staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to both handle customer communications as well as manage various aspects of customer service operations effectively.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chats.
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high-quality and timely order processing and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and support staff in their roles, including employee orientation and ongoing development.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on customer service activities.
- Maintain inventory control related to customer service operations.
- Utilize CRM system to effectively manage transactions, and ensure orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely basis.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service management role for a consumer-oriented business.
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience working with netsuite is preferred
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls and other customer interactions
- High energy team player
- Proficient in microsoft office
