We are looking for an experienced and creative Designer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a history of working in a customer service environment. This position involves creating and implementing design solutions that stand out from the rest as well as collaborating across all departments to ensure the customers are always informed and taken care of throughout the design, production and delivery process. The ideal candidate is compassionate and will have a desire to help and truly connect to people.
Responsibilities:
- Give guidance and educate the customer on available design options
- Create and design the stone project or memorial in front of the customer while listening to their desires and being able to give suggestions or additional solutions
- Ensure that designs are well-aligned with the company's brand and the audience's expectations
- Work with team members to manage the calendar associated with customer appointments
- Support customer interaction - including in person, online and offline
- Assist with ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by driving quality through engagement
- Follow-up, escalation and resolution by channeling requests to the appropriate resources in a timely fashion
- Maintain management awareness of high-impact customer and partner successes and issues while communicating their needs as appropriate for additional consideration and attention
- Document all customer and partner interactions in our CRM system according to team guidelines
- Gain understanding of customer solution environments
- Participate in recurring meetings to address acute support, and participate in customer and partner on-site visits as needed
- Running reports, checking on order status’ and following up with the appropriate contact to maintain a consistent customer care experience
- Working Saturday's is important to our customers and the families we serve

Pay: $48,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
