Job Summary:
As a busser at MILANOS ITALIAN GRILL, you will ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and ready for guests. You will support the servers by clearing tables, resetting them quickly, and assisting with other tasks to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals.
- Reset tables with clean silverware, and plates for the next guests.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses and responding to guest needs.
- Ensure the dining area remains clean and tidy, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant’s serving stations.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to help servers and ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift items like trays and cleaning supplies.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
