Job Summary:
As a server at MILANOS ITALIAN GRILL, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that every guest feels welcomed and attended to. Our servers are key to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and answer questions about dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring an excellent dining experience.
• Handle payments and process credit card transactions or cash payments.
• Address any guest concerns or requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct orders.
• Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift heavy items.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
