Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the leadership of the project including scope and scope change managements, schedule management, cost management, open issue management, requirements confirmation and definition, risk analysis, project kick-off, performance management.
- Serves as a primary point of contact to the customer for the respective projects.
- Communicates with stakeholders (customers, management, project team, etc.) to collect and document project requirements.
- Works with subject matter experts to prepare technical proposals and cost estimates.
- Assigns project-related tasks and tracks the execution against documented scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manages the entire lifecycle of the project from proposal development through concept, design, manufacturing, testing, installation, and final acceptance.
- Conducts Project Team meetings to track progress, identify and resolve issues.
- Prepares status reports for customers and management.
- Facilitates change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinates the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the project to the clients.
- Identifies and develops new opportunities with clients.
- Obtains customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Manages customer satisfaction.
- Conducts post project evaluation and documents lessons learned.
- Manages resource planning and forecasting.
Communication
- Must possess and demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills to build positive relationships with key customer contacts responsible for decision making at all levels of the organization. Actively listen, probe, and identify concerns. Understands customer’s business and speak their language. Develop credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment.
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
- Holds regular status meetings with project teams and management.
- Keeps development team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
- Has strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Escalates critical issues appropriately and in timely fashion.
- Delivers engaging, informative, well organised presentations.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Technical/Engineering degree highly preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Must have experience in direct customer commercial management and cross-functional team management.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Budget management experience.
- Excellent time-management ability
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Must be fluent in English, written and spoken.

Pay: $74,144.70 - $89,292.53 per year
