We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Azure Engineer with a strong background with Azure infrastructure management and enterprise level design with a focus on Azure automation and governance. As a Senior Azure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Azure-based infrastructure. This individual will also be responsible for the execution of projects, optimization of the compute infrastructure and be an escalation point for any operational issues resulting from service outages.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Azure technologies and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
- Establish foundational Azure environments, including governance, security, compliance, and networking configurations.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, ARM templates, or other relevant tools to streamline deployment and management processes.
- Design and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and identity management solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and features with Azure and Office 365.
The anticipated base salary range offered for this role will be between $140,000 to $160,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base compensation range. Actual base compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
