Location : Crest View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - New Lisbon, WI
Schedules Available : Full-time, 80 hours per pay period
Position Summary :
The Nursing Home Assistant Director of Nursing position is responsible for patient care, management, coordination and directing of daily activities in the absence of the Director of Nursing.
Position Responsibilities :
- Assist Director of Nursing (DON) with managing day-to-day activities of the nursing department.
- Responsible for staff performance, staff recruitment, staff retention and staff development.
- Initiates the development of policies and procedures that govern nursing services under position control.
- Complete evaluations for direct reports.
- Acts as on-call person for all questions in the absence of DON.
- Maintain Regulatory Compliance with DHS 132 and all CMS Regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested.
