The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office activities, assisting management, and maintaining contractor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage phone systems and provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and contractors.
- Assist call center staff and coordinate their activities to maintain workflow.
- Handle contractor management, including notarizing documents, contracts and maintaining relationships.
- Assist in managing call center stats, using Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized records and files to support office management functions.
- Implement organizational systems to improve office productivity.
- Provide support for management, completing assigned tasks as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices is a plus.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment (RingCentral)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
