Need Stress Management Presenter (Lakewood)

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the fitness/wellness supervisor, perform duties related to instructing and leading individuals in fitness and wellness activities.

We are currently looking for a presenter to lead a session 'Avoiding Burnout at Work' near Colfax/ Simms on 2/19 sometime between 2-4PM. Prefer life coach or health coach or similar experience/credentials.

We often need multiple instructors to teach classes ALL OVER THE CITY since we are a mobile fitness company so if this day/time doesn't work with your schedule, PLEASE SEND YOUR INFO ANYWAY.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The goal of the Wellness Instructor is to effect positive change in people's life style through exercise and wellness education. Prefer previous experience instructing group exercise and fitness/wellness programs. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with participants, and co-workers. Ability to reason, problem solve and resolve conflicts effectively. Must have a good work ethic; be reliable, on time and dependable. Ensures all possible safety measures are observed. Communicates and enforces facility and class policies and procedures. Responds to emergency situations as required and maintains accurate accident and incident reports. Provides excellent customer service, including interacting with participants to answer questions and resolve problems. Reports any issues and concerns to supervisor. Demonstrates fitness to perform all activities for the duration of the class.
