About the Company
MiLEND, Inc is a leading provider of mortgage lending services. We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all aspects of mortgage lending and related activities, including Federal/State laws and regulations. They will provide specialist support and advice to company management, product development, and facilitate effective compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Advising and consulting business/product management on relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures;
- Optimizing the compliance control environment by assisting management in re-evaluating end-to-end compliance control processes;
- Reviewing business product programs, marketing materials and other forms of communications for regulatory compliance;
- Assisting with the content, implementation and delivery of compliance training;
- Understanding and communicating all State and Federal Laws to appropriate departments.
