Marketing Communications Assistant

MileOne Autogroup, one of the largest and most innovative automotive dealership groups in the country, is seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to join our forward-thinking Marketing team. What You'll Do:
As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you’ll support the execution of MileOne’s Marketing Communications Strategic Plan, working closely with our Director of Marketing Communication and Marketing Automation Manager.

Your role will encompass:

• Gaining expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and leveraging it to optimize campaigns.
• Auditing marketing functionalities and delivering insightful reports.
• Assisting in the creation and management of monthly campaign calendars and reports.
• Collaborating with our regional, digital, and creative teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
• Attending meetings, preparing detailed recaps, and learning the ins and outs of automotive dealership marketing.
• Proactively managing and maintaining task schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups with team members and vendors to meet all deadlines.
• Crafting and proofreading engaging written content for diverse campaigns.

What You Bring:

• 0-2 years of marketing experience (internships count!) and a BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and creative instincts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Confidence in seeking clarification and asking questions to ensure high-quality work and continuous learning.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for learning and growth.
