Job Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for helping to manage multiple, concurrent client engagements as well as providing support across all service lines for TMG Partners. Primary responsibilities for the role include :
- Participate in C-level client facing interactions and prepare supporting written reports, presentations, and other deliverables related to client work.
- Drive business development efforts for a portion of TMG’s pipeline including delivering BD pitches and supporting materials creation.
- Leadership Assessments :
Design and administer leadership assessments to evaluate individuals' strengths, weaknesses, and potential for growth.

TMG provides a competitive base salary, benefits, and bonus package for our employees and new joiners. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for new joiners for this role is $180,000 - $250,000. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to an individual's experience and expertise.
