Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service level standards to reduce response times and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Establish policies and procedures for high-quality customer service delivery, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Capture and report on service metrics, including customer feedback and trends in product or service issues.
  • Manage resource decision-making and planning to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5 years of managerial experience, with deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid understanding of the overall departmental function.
Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
