Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.* 5 years of managerial experience in customer-facing roles.* Deep knowledge of managed sub-functions and solid knowledge of overall departmental functions.* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.* Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
