Highlight of responsibilities:
- Manage the project documentation, submittal and RFI process
- Compile and post job site safety boards
- Assist with preparing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Tracking material lead times
- Assist with the change order process
- Manage the project closeout procedure
- Utilize Project Management Software (Procore)
Who We Are Looking For:
- Construction Experience or a Construction related Degree is required for this position.
- A proactive attitude and technological proficiency
