**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Logistics Representative, you will be responsible for communicating between technicians, customers, and coaches for the purpose of maintaining the call schedule and dispatching technicians to customer's homes/call building/ etc.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, dispatching, or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
**Responsibilities:**
- Communicate and provide directions for customers, technicians, and coaches throughout the day
-Assign calls to technicians based on specific criteria such as priority, skill level, or profitability
-Making profitable/logistical proactive decisions, planning for success
-Proactively scheduling and rescheduling calls as necessary to maintain the schedule
-Processing various form submissions from technicians, building calls, etc.
