WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Daily creating and closing work orders
• Sourcing and purchasing repair parts
• Creating purchase orders
• Maintaining vendor relationships, and building new ones as needed
• Inventory upkeep/tracking/restocking
• Receiving and verifying orders
• Fulfilling order requests
• Parts and service usage and completion tracking
• Submitting invoices, registrations, state inspections
• Expense and spend tracking and reporting
• Historical data mining/tracking on all fleet MV’s utilizing Fleetio
• Special projects as assigned
