What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Indoor Air Quality Apprentice position at Milestone Electric Air & Plumbing?
Milestone is hiring entry level IAQ Technicians to join our rapidly growing HVAC team. Our IAQ Technicians are a crucial part of Milestones ability to care for the DFW Metroplex as they work diligently to improve the air quality in our customers homes. Be prepared to work hard and get your hands dirty, but to do so as part of a team who will support you and provide opportunities for your growth!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Performing whole system duct cleans, duct sealing, insulation removal and blow, & duct replacements
-Working with a crew to provide a memorable experience for every customer
-Ensuring trucks are kept clean, organized & fully stocked for daily operations
-Traveling to job sites & work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are communicated to customer
Qualifications:
-Clean driving record & valid drivers license with at least 3 years of driving history
-Ability to pass a drug test & background check
-Strong customer service & communication skills
-Excellent work ethic
-Team-oriented attitude
