We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to manage all site activities performed on our designated projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to develop site-specific work plans and schedules
- Implement and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Education and Experience
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Civil/Environmental Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technologist or Technician Diploma and/or equivalent field experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Superintendent role
