Job Summary
Milestone Health Partners of Williston is growing and seeking to add a full-time physical therapist who wants to be a part of a multidisciplinary team. The position is focused on a therapist who enjoys working with adolescents and adults with orthopedic and neurological impairments. Come and be a part of a dynamic and supportive work environment. Duties and Responsibilities
- Assesses patients and makes recommendations on the need for or modifications of therapeutic activities
- Consults with appropriate team members regarding patient’s continuity of care and treatment plan
- Writes reports regarding patient progress and competency
- Participates in treatment team, staff, and professional meetings
- Participates in training programs as a supervisor for trainees
- Works collaboratively with other disciplines
- Presents adult physical therapy topics to individuals in the community

Requirements and Qualifications
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree
- Licensed by the North Dakota State Board of Physical Therapy Practice
- Experience with adult population is appreciated, but not required
- Strong manual therapy background
- Certification in functional dry needling or willingness to become certified is required
- Drive to stay up to date on current therapy practices
- Compassionate and sensitive to patients’ needs and concerns
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
