Key Responsibilities:

As an LPN with Milestone, Inc., you'll:

👩‍⚕️ Coordinate and perform nursing duties and procedures to ensure the comfort and well-being of individuals.

👩‍⚕️ Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to establish health/medical goals for individuals.

👩‍⚕️ Maintain effective communication with individuals, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring continuity of care.

👩‍⚕️ Administer medications and treatments, closely monitoring individuals' reactions and responding promptly to any adverse events. 👩‍⚕️ Keep accurate medical records and ensure compliance with licensing standards and regulations.

👩‍⚕️ Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of individuals with care and compassion.

👩‍⚕️ Participate in in-service training, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

🎓 Current State of Illinois License in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse.

🎓 CPR certification.

🎓 Ability to intervene confidently and compassionately in behavioral and health-related crises.

🎓 Must pass background check in accordance with DCFS standards.

Pay Range: $30.40-$47.23

Benefits: Milestone offers all full-time employees medical, dental, life, 401k, and other voluntary insurance on the first of the month following sixty days of employment. Part-time employees are offered dental insurance on the first of the month following sixty days of employment. Personal days are accrued every quarter based on your seniority. Vacation time begins after six months of employment.
