Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Facilitate workshops or support groups to promote mental health awareness and coping strategies within the community.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience working with a diverse client population in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Complete Intake, assessments, ISP, safety plans, and other mental health related assessments.
