Key Responsibilities :

Content Strategy Development : Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy focused on employer branding to attract top talent in the clinical research field.
Content Creation : Develop various types of content, including blog posts, social media updates, employee stories, videos, and infographics, showcasing the company’s culture, mission, and opportunities.
Social Media Management : Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry-specific forums, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
