Responsibilities:
- Evaluate (SLP only) and treat (SLP & SLPA) a range of patients with developmental disabilities (including but not limited to Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Cognitive Disabilities, and other chromosomal syndromes).
- Document daily notes, progress reports, and evaluation reports with plans of care on a digital, easy to use EMR system
- Update patient progress to relevant parties
Speech Therapist Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy Program or University
- Valid State of Arizona SLP license
- Must have or be able to obtain: AHCCCS number and National Provider ID (NPI) number
- Level I Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR and First Aid Training (FREE training available!)
- Article 9 Training (FREE training available!)
- Valid Drivers License Reliable Vehicle
- Ability to build rapport with patients and families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Minimum of 1 years experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of AAC (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
