Purpose of Position:
The primary purpose of the Quality Coordinator is to oversee all aspects of quality management within the organization. The Quality Coordinator’s responsibilities include management and monitoring of Programs and Departments Quality Initiatives to ensure compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures. This position will provide quality support to projects from the planning phase to project completion, collaborating closely with management and team members across the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Submit all quality Weekly and Monthly Reports
- Waiver reports
- Behavioral Health reporting
- Oversee and track all incident reports for the agency.
- Oversee the grievance process including tracking and trending grievances, sending follow up communication, and ensuring appropriate resolution.
- Track and ensure Policy and Procedure Update Reminders are sent out and followed up on to maintain accurate and up to date standards and processes.
- Assist and partner with program staff to assist with Policy and Procedure Formatting.
- Participate in all CARF reporting/monitoring
- Participate and assist in all quality audits and prep including but not limited to CQAR, AQAR, QMR, and CARF.
- Assist with all quality improvement projects, monitoring, and follow up
- Assist with all Health and Safety activities including meeting attendance.
- Assist with WOW follow up activities/projects/prep
- Assist with training development as directed by the Quality and Compliance Manager.
- Complete HCBS surveys
- Complete/Conduct and Submit Provider Monitoring
- Assist with Officer of Inspector General (OIG) reporting
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate healthcare field or business.
- At least one year of relevant Quality work experience – preferable with the elderly, disabled, long-term care services, or housing coordination.
- Continuous Improvement and/or LEAN Six Sigma
- Personal transportation and a State of MI driver’s license in good standing.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Non- Exempt position starting at $19.18 - $21.92, adjusted for experience.

Salary : $19 - $22
