- Meet with families and their child, provide intake information and assess the child's communication skills.
- Create treatment plans customized for the child and their family, working with them to set short and long term goals for their communication and overall development
- Implement treatment plan, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Maintaining daily notes, summary of progress reports and assessment reports

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, licensed speech-language pathologist to join our team! As a speech-language pathologist, you will be meeting with new families, assessing their child's communication needs, writing reports, and creating personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will also be documenting daily notes, providing daily treatment, parent coaching and education, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of communication disorders, other developmental delays, and various disabilities. Candidates must be able to provide compassionate care to every family, and must have excellent organizational skills.
