Position Summary:
We are seeking a Scheduler (Intermediate to Senior level) to support upcoming Turnaround (T/A) efforts. The selected candidate will be responsible for schedule development, progress updates, and analysis for field execution support. Title and scope of responsibility will be aligned with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update baseline and working schedules for turnaround activities.
- Integrate contractor and internal team schedules into a master schedule.
- Perform schedule updates, look-ahead planning, and progress analysis.
- Conduct critical path, float, and what-if scenario analysis to identify risks and optimize
- Support resource loading, forecasting, and earned value tracking as needed.
- Provide schedule performance reports and facilitate schedule review meetings.
- Collaborate with planners, engineers, and field teams to align execution and planning.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Level: 3–5 years of experience in project or turnaround scheduling.
- Senior Level: 6 years of progressive experience in turnaround, shutdown, or capital project scheduling, with demonstrated leadership in schedule development and risk analysis.
- Proficient in Primavera P6.
- Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), float management, and schedule baseline.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in multi-disciplined
Preferred:
- Experience in oil & gas, refining, or heavy industrial projects.
- Familiarity with earned value management and schedule risk tools a plus.
- Field-based turnaround execution support experience is highly desirable.
