Milestones Counseling Center PLLC is looking for licensed mental health professionals who are passionate about providing clinical services to individuals of all ages and life situations.
Compensation
Milestones Counseling Center PLLC utilizes a flat rate pay model that is briefly described below.
- Clinical Hours: One clinical hour is considered the clinical hour and its associated activities (ie., time spent with client, note writing, treatment planning, session prep, etc.)
- $40-50 per clinical hour for provisionally licensed (ie., LPC, LSW)
- $45-55 per clinical hour for independently licensed (ie., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- $50-60 per clinical hour for doctoral licensed (ie., PhD, PsyD)
- Administrative Hours: Administrative hours is considered staff meetings, consults, trainings, etc.
- $17.50-20.00 per administrative hour for provisionally licensed (ie., LPC, LSW)
- $20.00-25.00 per administrative hour for independently licensed (ie., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- $25-$30 per administrative hour for doctoral licensed (ie., PhD, PsyD)
Requirements of job
- Current independent licensure (ie., LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) in the State of Illinois
- Provisional licensed candidates (LPC, LSW) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- All applicants must have a valid driver’s license with no suspensions, revocations, DUIs, or major violations within the past 5 years.
- Primarily in-office with occasional community-based travel required. Some telehealth from home may be available.
- Willing to work into a full-time position.
- Some weekend and evenings per week based on agreed upon schedule
- Full-time is considered 28 clinical hours a week
- Part-time is considered 24 clinical hours or less per week
- Attending group supervision weekly.
Responsibilities
· Provide personally tailored mental health counseling to individuals from all walks of life.
· Assess clients' needs and design an appropriate and effective treatment plan using evidenced based practices.
· Assist individuals and families dealing with difficult emotions, mental health disorders, and trauma.
· Facilitate the growth of clients through stress management, goal setting, behavior modification, and other modalities.
· Maintain accurate records in a timely fashion.
Skills
· Proven work experience as a social worker
· Working knowledge of social theories and practices
· Social perceptiveness and empathy
· Ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships
· Ability to relate and communicate with diverse population and groups
· Resilience along with ability to assess situations
