Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze research data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care and support.
- Educate clients and families on behavioral strategies and techniques to enhance understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health through ongoing education and professional development.
Skills
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices relevant to behavioral health.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in research data collection and analysis for clinical purposes.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
