Job Description
As a graduate practical nurse at Miletree Center, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. You will work under the direction of a registered nurse and contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and report changes in condition
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
