We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care that achieves positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
