Milex Complete Auto Care of Boonsboro is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18–$20, plus commission, with no weekend work required.
Position Details:
· Location: 801 N Main Street, Boonsboro, MD 21713
· Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
· Compensation: $18–$20 per hour, plus commission

Responsibilities:
· Schedule service appointments via phone and walk-ins.
· Collect customer and vehicle information.
· Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
· Order parts based on availability and pricing.
· Monitor repair progress throughout the day.
· Communicate any changes in estimates or timelines to customers.
· Explain costs and time requirements in detail.
· Obtain proper authorization before performing additional repairs.
· Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance.
· Address customer concerns and provide detailed information to technicians.
· Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
· Assist the Center Manager with daily tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Strong customer service abilities.
· Basic computer proficiency.
· Positive, friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
· Promptness and good attendance.
· Professional personal appearance.
