The Fifth Floor is a 25 bed Med Surg Unit.
Statement of Purpose :
Nursing assistant is responsible for providing patient care under the direction / supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Qualifications :
Education : High School Diploma and / or equivalent.
Certification : Current CPR skills
Experience :
Must have at least one of the following :
One-year nursing assistant experience,
Completion of an NA training program
Current nursing assistant certification (CNA)
MRMC nursing assistant training program participant
MRMC Differentials :
Hospital differentials are : $3.50 hourly for evenings, $5.00 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy
Salary : $3 - $5
