The Registered Nurse must demonstrate a competent level of behavior in a professional role, including activities related to promotion of quality of care, performance appraisal, education, collegiality, ethics, collaboration, research and resource utilization (Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice - ANA, 2010).Qualifications : Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Certification / License : Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts. Current CPR skills and ACLS certifications.Experience : ICU experience preferred.MRMC Differentials : Hospital differentials are : $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends.
