Job Summary

The Director of Nursing Services will be responsible for providing 24-hour accountability and leadership to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/resident satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance nursing practices
• Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care plans
• Ensure compliance to regulatory standards

Requirements

• Valid state RN nursing license
