Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards, and provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance to nursing policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements
- Valid state nursing license
