Resident Care Director/ADON
This position is responsible for the monitoring of the health and wellness of the residents. The responsibilities include but are not limited to; overall well-being of the residents; medication management; supervising and training of team members; communication with all resident support services and families; quality assurance; and regulatory compliance. The Resident Care Director completes any required training and becomes knowledgeable in Inspirit Senior Living Philosophy, principles of service, and policies and procedures, and state regulations.
Must Be an RN or LPN

Must Demonstrate a passion for working with seniors and lead by example as a team member.
Primarily a day shift position with adaptability and flexibility with hours worked and off hours.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Medication Management
- Fall prevention.
- Skin breakdown prevention.
- Incident reporting
- State regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 1 Year experience in long-term care experience or healthcare management REQUIRED.
Pre-placement drug test and criminal background check.
Must have an LPN or RN License in the state of Delaware.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Good organizational and time management skills. Exhibits a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people. Able to work flexible hours and be available to respond during off-duty hours to community problems and emergencies. Possess good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Possess the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in the language of the residents.
