Position: Behavior Assistant PreVocational Program Location: Milford High SchoolSchedule: 2024-2025 School Year Hours 7:50 2:20 Salary: Per Contract $18.00 - $23.49/hour based on experienceTo Start: March 2025Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred Knowledge and experience of the following are preferred: Previous Special Education experienceExperience working with students with disabilitiesBehavior management trainingCPI restraint training preferredWilling and able to train Duties: Provide/support direct educational services Work with students with disabilitiesWork collaboratively with others in classroom (sub-separate and/or inclusion)Create opportunities for generalization and maintenance of skillsCompletion of daily log as necessaryMaintain student notebook in neat and orderly mannerMaintain student specific materials, reinforcersParticipate in program meetings/trainings Review progress on IEP goalsSupport students in ADL (self-care & hygiene, toileting and other needs identified by the students IEP and/or care plan).Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Teacher and/or Administrator
