Position:Transport Nurse
Location:Bus Route from Milford to Out-of-District School
Schedule:2024 – 2025 School Year
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 10:00 am & 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
*** Note: Wednesday p.m. route is 12:00 pm – 3:00 p.m.
*Please note the possibility of splitting the position between 2 people if possible or preferred.
Salary:$40.00 per hour
To Start:February 2025
Qualifications:
•Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
•Experience with special needs students with complex medical needs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Accompany special needs student during daily van transportation to and from school
•Administration and documentation of all prescribed medical treatments for student if/when given during transport
•Collaborate with building nurse in implementation of Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP)
•Assist in all aspects of daily living activities for student with complex medical needs during transport
Salary : $40
