What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Director - Seasonal position at Milford Yacht Club?
The Pool Director is responsible for the day to day operations of our pool for the Summer season.
Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, training, scheduling and supervision of the lifeguard staff. This would also include interviewing, hiring and termination. You will also work with the swim team coach to meet the needs of that program. You are responsible for the overall pool area, including pool equipment (ensuring adequate chemical levels, water-sampling, working with MYC’s pool service vendor, etc.) and application of House Rules related to the use of the pool by members.
