Receptionist

A Receptionist job in Tualatin OR is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. You play a critical part in the team as you are the first contact for customers, vendors, etc. You will manage all incoming calls and transfer the call to the appropriate individual or department. In addition, greet all customers, vendors, applicants, and other visitors according to standard operating procedures for the location.

The hourly starting rate is $22.00. Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Process all incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Schedule repair and service for all Plant copy machines upon request.
• Distribute all incoming mail to corresponding departments.
• Multi-task as required by assignments from management. Move from project to project with minimal downtime and limited supervision.
• Assist with various other special projects as required.
• Assists Sales team in informing visitors about product in the showroom
• Assists in the upkeep of the showroom

Qualifications:

• High School diploma.
• Excellent phone customer service skills required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn new computer software programs.
• Minimal lifting of office equipment and supplies.
• Overtime may be required, depending on business need.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and able to manage multiple phone lines.
