Pay Range: 90k - 112k, depending on experience
The Senior Salesforce Administrator leads the ongoing development of our Salesforce Platform. This individual will report to the Digital Experience Manager and will work alongside a peer in the same role, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce to meet the needs of our organization. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, drive user adoption and ensure the system’s overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate has a record of success in improving processes and visibility into consumer profile data using the Salesforce Lightning platform. The administrator works closely with functional leaders, business units, technical resources, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes for across the enterprise, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and all other business functions. This role is part technical project manager, part Salesforce.com analyst, and part power-administrator. The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform. The administrator also has a role in the strategic planning of the platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Serves as senior system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 500 users
- Coordinates the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Facilitates meetings with stakeholders and translates business needs into functional requirements
- Works with MITER Brands Management teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
- Coordinates and manages support and development activities with our CRM Support Team
- Handles all administrator functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, automations, and other routine tasks
- Completes regular internal system audits and prepares for upgrades
- Manages Salesforce data feeds, integrations, and third-party applications
- Assists in training of new users, and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization
- Monitors user adoption of Salesforce across organization
- Effectively acts as the liaison between user community and application development teams
- Works independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
- Defines test conditions and develop test plans to ensure customer needs are met
- Coordinates and executes user acceptance testing
- Identify and troubleshoot CRM issues and resolves user support tickets
- Follows through with commitments and assume additional responsibilities as required
- Ensures optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
- Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications

- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to provide direction and coordinate tasks with remote CRM Applications Development Team
- Demonstrated ability to work with data, see patterns and trends to draw meaningful conclusions.
Desired Experience
- 5 – 7 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude

- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- A demonstrated ability to understand, articulate and document complex requirements
- Exposure to web integrations, CTI, Jitterbit middleware and Google Geo-coding technologies
- Exposure to AI and predictive analytics
